Colleen is a graduate of D’Youville College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, followed by a Master’s degree in Business and Health Services Management from Florida Tech. She enjoyed practicing nursing in the Critical Care setting, where she was head nurse of a busy medical intensive care unit. Later, she became Projects Manager of Patient Care Services at Wuesthoff Hospital. Colleen is very involved in the Melbourne community and in her church, serving in many capacities. She has enjoyed volunteering with Junior League, Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, Family Promise, Children’s Home Society, and has chaired the Hospital Ball. Founder and facilitator of Women of Faith bible study at Ascension Catholic Church, she also has assisted with youth group activities, retreats, and is an Alpha core team organizer. Colleen has resided in Melbourne since 1985. She and her husband Ted have two wonderful children. Some of her personal interests include: gardening , water aerobics, traveling, spending time with family and cooking for a large crowd.
