You’ll need an account to bid on items, view auction listings, and receive real-time updates during the auction.
After you purchase your event ticket(s), you’ll receive an email invitation with a link to set up your account. Simply click the link, fill in your information, and click “Request an Account.”
Yes! Look for an email with a green “Create Account” button. Click it to get started.
Click the green “Sign in Now” button in your email. You’ll be directed to the auction site where you can log in using your email and password.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact us at development@newlife-mission.org, and we’ll resend the invitation.
Yes! Even if you choose not to bid, you can still browse all available items once your account is set up.
You’ll receive an email or text notification any time someone outbids you.
At the end of the auction, we’ll email you a confirmation listing the items you won.
Yes. After the auction closes, you’ll receive an itemized invoice via email along with payment instructions.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password and enter the email address associated with your ReadySetAuction bidder account. You’ll receive an email with instructions for creating a new password.
