Pati Chaffiot was born and raised in Pine Bush, New York. A life-long Christian, her faith journey began in childhood through the Catholic Church, which has continued to nourish and strengthen her throughout her life.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University, where she was a Division 1 field hockey athlete, and later completed her Master’s in Educational Psychology from Long Island University.
Following graduate school, Pati pursued her love of the mountains and skiing in Vail, Colorado, where she worked as a School Psychologist for 10 years. It was there that she met and married her husband, Vic. Together, they later settled in Brevard County to raise their two sons, Luc and Sam.
Throughout her career and volunteer service, Pati has been dedicated to supporting children and families. Her experience includes serving as a School Psychologist, College Instructor, Educator at Child and Family Consultants, and Academic Coach at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.
She has also contributed her time through Character Education programs, fundraising efforts, and as a board member of Links of Hope.
Beyond her work in education, Pati is a certified Pilates instructor and lifelong fitness enthusiast. She finds joy in health and wellness, and her favorite moments are those spent traveling and creating memories with family and friends.
