What Joshua loves to do most is to Empower Talented People to do awesome things!
He spends his time leading an awesome team of 20+ at an agency called Rock Paper Simple, serving fractionally as Chief Marketing Officer for a select few EOS-run companies, Executive Producer for a feature-length mental health documentary, as well as a handful of other projects. In all of these roles, he operates best when coaching really talented people to shine. Some of his awards include LEAD Brevard’s “4 under 40”, over 70 Addy Awards, GrowFL’s Company to Watch, and the Central Florida Humanitarians.
He currently serves or has served in the past on the boards of New Life Mission, Junior Achievement of the Space Coast, Founders Forum, The EDC, Keiser University Business Advisory Board, Space Coast Early Intervention Center and American Advertising Space Coast Chapter.
Outside of work, he enjoys travelling or serving the community with his wife, Diana. He is a 3rd generation Pittsburgh Steelers fan (it’s in his blood at this point!), enjoys cigars and old-fashioneds, loves anything Lord of the Rings or Star Trek related, collects strategy board games, and 3D prints, and hand paints tabletop miniatures. (Yes, he’s a huge nerd)
