Children Under 13
We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to use our site to help children learn about homelessness in our community. Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly request personally identifying information including name, email, mailing address, and phone number from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental or legal guardian consent in compliance with COPPA. We use a third-party payment processor to process financial donations to the Mission.
